  • I have a question about my refund for Sunday

    This year, Porter Robinson’s Second Sky will not take place on Sunday, October 30th and will move forward as a single day event on Saturday, October 29th.

    • 2-Day passholders’ tickets will be valid on Saturday 10/29 and will automatically be refunded 50% to the original method of payment.
    • 2-Day passholders also have the option to request a full refund by Friday 7/15.
    • Sunday Single Day passholders’ tickets will be honored on Saturday 10/29.
    • Sunday Single Day passholders also have the options to request a full refund by Friday 7/15. After Friday 7/15, all remaining Sunday passes will be automatically rolled over to Saturday 10/29.

  • How do I get my tickets?
    You will receive a Mobile ticket 1-2 weeks before the event. Mobile tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order. Please either download to your smartphone wallet or print out your tickets prior to arrival for the quickest entry into the event.
  • Will there be lockers?

    Yes, limited lockers will be available for rent.

  • Will you be posting set times in advance?

  • Can I bring my bike? Will there be bike parking?
    There will not be bike parking on site.
  • My address has changed, will this affect my ticket delivery?
    Your shipping address will not affect your mobile ticket delivery. You will receive a Mobile ticket 1-2 weeks before the event. Mobile tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order. Please either download to your smartphone wallet or print out your tickets prior to arrival for the quickest entry into the event.
  • How can I transfer my tickets?
    Ticket holders will see a Transfer link on their mobile tickets for any item that is flagged as Transferable. Hit 'Transfer' at the bottom of your QR code.
    Choose which ticket to transfer to a friend.
    The ticket holder will then be required to provide the first name, last name, and email address of the person who will be receiving the transfer.
    After the transfer has been submitted, the ticket holder will receive a confirmation page letting them know the transfer was successful and emails will be sent to the transfer recipient and the ticket holder.
    To accept the ticket transfer, the recipient will need to click the 'Accept Transfer' button in the email notification they receive. If they do not already have a Festival Ticketing account with that email address, they will need to create one.
    Once accepted, the person receiving the transfer will receive an email that contains a link to their tickets and the original ticket holder will also receive an email notifying them their transfer was accepted.
  • Travel Restriction Refunds?

  • Will there be any Covid-19 restrictions or testing requirements?
    It’s too early to tell exactly what precautions will be in place at the festival. However, your health and safety remain our top priority, and we continue to monitor the evolving health regulations and are working closely with state and health officials to develop COVID-19 protocols for the festival. We will follow all COVID-19 related mandates applicable to the festival and will provide more information as the festival approaches so you know what to expect.   • Can I take BART to the venue? How long will it be running?

  • Will there be parking available?
    Yes, there will be limited parking available on-site for a fee. However, we urge everyone to use public transportation and rideshare.
  • Rave Attire?
    Reference allowed items for SS/HIC:
    NO LED apparel, toys, or gloves.
  • Is the festival indoors or outdoors/where exactly at the arena is it (parking lot, inside the arena, etc)?
    The Festival will take place OUTDOORS on the grounds of the Oakland Arena property.
  • How does VIP vs. GA work now?
  • What do I do if I’m an international fan and don’t have a CDC vaccination card?
    If vaccination or negative test results are required for entry, please provide your local health agency’s vaccination record or official lab’s results.
  • When does the festival start/end?
    Doors open at 12pm and the event ends at 10pm.
  • Are Payment Plans Available?
    Yes, payment plans are available while supplies last.
  • Is the festival all ages?
    No. You must be 18 years or older on October 29, 2022 to attend the event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Expired ID will not be accepted for entry. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed entry into the festival even if accompanied by an individual 18 years of age or older.
  • Will there be Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free food options?
    Yes.
  • Can I volunteer?

  • Will there be water refill stations?
    Yes. We want you to stay hydrated!
  • Can I bring my camera?
    A phone camera, small point and shoot without interchangeable lenses or GoPro (no poles/extender) are fine to bring in. No video cameras or professional cameras will be allowed into the event.
  • I am no longer able to attend, can i get a refund?

  • How will Covid-19 affect this event?
  • I can’t sign up for the Tunespeak presale since my phone number is outside of the USA/Canada. Can I still register for first access?

  • How many stages will there be?
    There will be one stage at the venue. Lineup subject to change.
  • Can I bring a sign or totem?
    No signs are allowed. This includes all handheld signs or signs and items attached to poles or pool noodles or apparatus used to display anything above the head. All instances will be subject to surrender and not returned.
  • What about bringing my medical prescriptions (asthma, insulin, etc.)?
    Before entering the event, please make sure all of the medications are properly labeled with name, phone number, and emergency contact. Names on prescriptions must match the person's ID. Notify a security guard at the entrance and the medical staff on site will assist you with storing your medications.
  • What if my question isn’t asked frequently enough to be listed here?

  • Can I bring a sign or guidepost?
