  • Who can I contact for questions regarding my tickets?
  • Can I transfer my pass(es) to friends or family?
    As long as the ticket is valid, anyone can use it for entrance in the event, not just the purchaser.
  • How do I get my tickets? What if I don’t have a printer? Can I show the confirmation on my phone?
    Tickets will be emailed to purchasers 1 week prior to the event. We will be able to scan your ticket on your phone if you don’t print it – however for a quicker process, printing tickets out prior to arriving at the event is preferred.

  • What time does the event end?
    10pm
  • Lost & Found?
    There will be a lost and found onsite near the main entrance.
  • Is there free water refill stations?
    Yes. We have hydration stations with multiple water fountains to refill your water bottle.
  • Is there shade?
    Yes.
  • Do you need volunteers to work the event?
    No we are not accepting volunteers to work the event.
  • Are you hiring to work the event?
    No. We are not hiring to work the event.

  • When should I arrive? When can I line up?
    10:30am is a good time to line up starting at the BART.
  • How many stages will there be?
     There will be one stage at the venue.
  • When will the set times come out?
     Check back for more info closer to the event.
  • Smoking allowed? Vape or E cig?
    Single use minis (a.k.a. cig-a-likes) are okay. Mid-sized e-cigs and vape pens are okay. However, no liquid refills will be allowed into the venue. Only unopened packs of cigarettes will be admitted.
  • Will there be lockers?
    Yes – check back for more info on how to rent a locker.
  • Can I pass out flyers or promote at the event inside the venue? Outside?
    No. Any sort of unapproved promotion is not allowed.
  • Can I bring my bicycle? Will there be bike parking available?
    There is no official bike parking. Patrons can ride to the shuttle lot and lock it there at their own risk.
  • How do I ask questions not answered on this site?
  • Can I bring a sign or a totem?
    No signs are allowed. This includes all handheld signs or signs and items attached to poles or pool noodles or apparatus used to display anything above the head. All instances will be subject to surrender and not returned.
  • What about bringing my medical prescriptions (asthma, insulin, etc.)?
    Before entering the event, please make sure all of the medications are properly labeled with name, phone number, and emergency contact. Names on prescriptions must match the person's ID. Notify a security guard at the entrance and the medical staff on site will assist you with storing your medications.
