Ticket Information
- You will receive a Mobile ticket 1-2 weeks before the event. Mobile tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order. Please either download to your smartphone wallet or print out your tickets prior to arrival for the quickest entry into the event.
- The ticket can only be scanned once per day and any duplicated ticket will not be allowed for entry.
Order Information
- All Sales are final.
- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
- There is an eight (8) ticket limit per order.
- Prices do not include service fees.
- Purchase/payment plans will be available while supplies last.
- A government issued photo ID, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for will call pickup or troubleshooting by the original purchaser.
- Hotel packages will be available.
- There are minimum browser requirements to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version.
- Lineup and set time are subject to change without notice.
- DO NOT buy tickets from unauthorized third parties (scalpers). We will not service, authenticate or support any tickets purchased from an unauthorized third party. Scalped tickets may be void.
